Skype is a free software download that enables you to connect with other via voice or voice and video...a great tool for connecting with an expert or another class somewhere else in the world. I was able to use it recently to talk with my husband while he was on business in Germany.

Free download allows highlighting and stickies on web pages, also saving group bookmarks and sharing. Sounds sort of like Diigo.
